There are a lot of programs and home based business opportunities on the Internet, some of them are tested and proven and some of them not.
We have to be very careful when we are choosing the right Home based Job.The real good job for us have to offer:
- To work any time we want,
- To be close to our family or anywhere we wish, and finally
- To find the real financial freedom that we have been
searching for, through the thousands, even millions of
pages on the Internet.
So, if you know that you want to start a home based business, if you have the motivation and drive to get up and running, but you don’t know where to start, this article will give you some home business ideas and you are on your own, to decide and choose.
People tend to think that a home based business automatically means a daycare service or online sales. While these home businesses are often successful, it is not necessarily a dead end from there—there are dozens of other free home business ideas that you’re going to learn about right now!

1.Desktop publishing is a field that can easily be turned into a home based business. In a nutshell, desktop publishers use a computer or laptop to produce quality printed documents. They use computer programs to format and combine text, photographs, data, graphic art, or illustrations into pages that will be printed. Desktop publishers may produce a variety of media such as books, brochures, calendars, magazines, magazines, newsletters, newspapers, packaging, and forms.

Most of the time, desktop publishers have a degree in desktop publishing, graphic imaging, graphic design, or another degree in that field. Another huge plus of desktop publishing is that the costs are minimal. There aren’t specific supplies to get unless you don’t own a computer. As long as you have your computer, your office, and your programs, you can start to build your clientele.

2.The next free home business idea is accounting. To earn a legitimate amount in this field, you will need to be a Certified Public Accountant or at least have a degree in a related field. As a home based accountant, you’d work for businesses and individuals by preparing financial reports, payroll, tax planning, and financial forms.

You’d need to be comfortable with numbers and detail oriented. Not to mention, organization is completely necessary. All you need for accounting is a fax machine, copier, calculator, and computer with spreadsheet, word processing, and database software. Additional software and reference material will be needed depending on the services that you offer.

3.The third free home business idea is a virtual assistant secretarial service. Usually, a virtual secretary will work for individuals, sole proprietors, and small businesses that don’t have a need for a full time secretary. Virtual assistants can specialize in one area or they can offer a variety of services which can include: typing manuscripts, data entry, marketing, bookkeeping, transcription, writing proposals, schedule meetings, database management, billing, and the list goes on. As a VA you should be a quick and accurate typist, you should understand the internet, you should be great with computers, you should know the word processing and spreadsheet programs, and you should have business management skills.

4.Another possibility is online tutoring. This field is becoming increasingly popular by the day. As an online tutor, you’d help people in certain academic and nonacademic subjects or you may have your own courses and workshops. A website is an essential in this field because it will provide all of the necessary information for potential customers. Your website would tell what specific areas you tutor in, have resources for your subjects, online courses and workshops, and a user interface to interact in the classes. As an online tutor, there are also some extra ways to bring in the cash. You can sell ad space on your website for advertisements or join an affiliate program.

These days, it seems like everyone wants to work
from home and make money on the Internet. But
before you even turn on your computer, the first
question you have to ask yourself is whether
you're cut out for this kind of work.

The fact is, building a home-based business isn't
for everyone. Some people like the commute. They
really do enjoy having a boss who tells them what
to do, and they like the routine of working
nine-to-five for an ordinary salary that can
barely pay the mortgage. Personally, I think
they're nuts.

More reasonably, there are people who are
concerned about the risk of starting up their own
business. They're not sure it's worth the
investment of time and money, and they're scared
of the responsibility that comes with running
their own company. They wonder if there is
another way to escape the rat race.

I'm sure there is. You could win the lottery or
wait for your Aunt Sue to keel over and leave you
her condo. Or maybe you could sit down with a pen
and paper and draw the blueprint for "The Next
Big Thing". Anything can happen... Right?

For me, what happened was creating a successful,
self-running Internet marketing system. It didn't
happen without effort. It didn't happen without
at least some initial investment of both time and
money and, of course, it doesn't happen now
without me making sure that the taxes are filed
and the paperwork is done. But it happened.

I'm my own boss. I work from home according to my
own schedule and I get to pocket all the cash my
business makes. If you're prepared to give an
e-business the time, the work and the money it
needs to get started and get growing, it can
happen for you too.

Before you can have a successful home based business, you must first possess 3 "intangibles." These are things that must come from WITHIN you.

First, you must have a strong WHY.

Why MUST you have a successful home business? What is driving you? What is it that you CAN'T have in your life anymore and/or what is it that you absolutely MUST HAVE now?

For me, I couldn't stand working 12+ hours a day anymore and missing the experience of my children growing up. I also absolutely HAD TO HAVE the freedom of being able to control my life and finances through a little box (laptop computer) that I could carry with me anywhere in the world and not be tied to anyone's time pressures or demands but my own. That was my carrot and my stick. I felt a great pain deep in my gut of missing out on my children's lives and the incredible freedom that succeeding in a home based business would provide for me. I found my why. You MUST find yours.

You must BELIEVE that it is possible.

If you don't believe that it's POSSIBLE for you to have a successful home based business or make your living from home, you won't. It's that simple.

For me, figuring out that it was possible was just a matter of realizing that many other people were ALREADY making great money working from home. If they could do it, I could too. It would just be a matter of figuring out what those people were doing and then adapting it to my situation.

There is no shortage of undeniable PROOF that people (millions of them) are making money working from home. Just get online and do some research and you'll find countless testimonials and stories of REAL PEOPLE making real money on the Internet. Or head to your local bookstore and you'll find the same documented evidence of this fact. Truth is, it's getting easier and easier to make money with your own home based business.

I've always said that "affiliate marketing" (a simple way to make money from home) is the job of the future. In the "old" days, you had to go to a potential employer, apply for the position and hope for the best. Now you can simply go to any company you want, fill out their affiliate application and start work immediately. Affiliates are the new working class. In fact, making money with affiliate programs or making your living on the Internet is WAY MORE than possible. It is pretty much (or will be soon enough) unavoidable now. Affiliate marketing is the "job" of the future that's already here TODAY.

You must be willing to MAKE THE LEAP.

Ready, FIRE, then aim... This is the operating philosophy you MUST adopt to succeed with a home based business.

That's backwards for most people who like to aim before they fire. The fact is that home based business success is a moving target... The only thing constant about it is change. You need to stop analyzing the game and simply jump into it. You can't learn from the outside... You have to be IN THE RING to truly understand it.

The lesson here is that you will never really be READY to start a home based business. You simply have to start one. It's like having children... You're never really ready, but when it happens you adapt and grow. This is what I call "Making the Leap."

The good news is that the cost of failure with having your own home based business is very small. In the "brick and mortar" world you need to evaluate things very carefully before you decide to open up a business. It's almost always necessary to invest thousands of dollars to get an offline business off the ground. However, on the Internet you can often start a successful business for less than $100.
